So today I stated listening to this audiobook. I have been skipping this book for a while now. Sometimes it gets difficult to read non-fictional books and I didn't want to read the summary. Maybe this is time consuming but I believe in knowing the whole. For me summary doesn't delivere the right idea of the author.
So I found a solution audiobook. With this I am actually looking forward to developing certain small habits. Let's see how it goes. I'll keep updating. Let be beginning my journey by setting up this small habit of updating my reading journey regularly.

Actom combined together makes up the matter similarly atomic habits add up to a smooth lifestyle.
Today I learnt how identity affectes habit forming. I have been making goals but after a week or so I tend to give up. Because I wasn't embracing the identity. So I am doing it now.
Also system is more important that goal. One should make a system comprising of small steps.
I am a healthy person. I workout and eat healthy to maintain my health.
