DARK MATTER by Blake Crouch
William Blake Crouch (born October 15, 1978) is an American author best known for his Wayward Pines Trilogy, which was adapted into the 2015 television series Wayward Pines.
DARK MATTER is a scientific fiction based on the principle of quantum superposition
Dark matter : Dark matter is a hypothetical form of matter thought to account for approximately 85% of the matter in the universe.[1] Various astrophysical observations — including gravitational effects that accepted theories of gravity cannot explain unless more matter is present than can be seen — imply dark matter's presence…
Quantum Superposition : Quantum superposition is a fundamental principle of quantum mechanics. It states that, much like waves in classical physics, any two (or more) quantum states can be added together ("superposed") and the result will be another valid quantum state; and conversely, that every quantum state can be represented as a sum of two or more other distinct states…

What I absorbed
1. Love at first sight read
I fell in love with the book by reading the first line itself, ".....". We all wonder about the possibilities of life, so was I. And this curiosity was enough to set the inertia and I began reading.
2. Effectiveness of writing
Writing is lovely but at the same time boring. From my personal experience, when I start writing soon my brain is filled with thoughts like whether there really is a need to write or am I simply wasting my time. Then I feel unmotivated and stop writing. This line from the book actually gave me a logic for writing. I guess this is enough motivation to write now.
3. How to face problems
Problems are an integral part of life. We get different situations to tackle and different tasks to prevail. Sometimes these questions feel unanswerable and that's when we put down our weapons. We feel dejected.
After reading this paragraph from this book. I felt the universe communicated this message to me. It worked. And I loved this paragraph. You'll come to know how important this para was with context to the story, when you read it. It is exciting.
4. Sometimes Something Nothing is Everything
This was an emotion. A very intense one. I know many of you would relate to it. Because we get this feeling sometimes, that everything is perfect yet incomplete or different. Locate this sentence when you read the book. And tell me what emotions you discovered reading it.
